Using eCotton's Web Reporting service, your gin can provide you with 24-hour a day, 7-day a week access to your cotton production reports.

- Register with eCotton and supply information for their main web page

- Upload a backup of the gin's production data to their web page at least once a day (the time of this upload is determined by the gin)

- Register YOU as eligible to receive production reports via their web page

- Go to the eCotton Gin Community web page (www.cottonhost.com) and click on the link for your gin OR go directly to the gin's web page (www.cottonhost.com/12345, where 12345 is the gin's 5-digit gin code)

- Click the [Login] button. On the next page, enter your producer ID and password and click the [Login] button.

- On the next page, select the report you want to generate. If you want to view data from a crop year other than the current one, select it at the "Entity" entry. Click [Generate Report] to create the report based on the current gin data.

- At the report view page, you have the option of clicking the "Download this report as a file" link to save the report file to your local hard disk (for viewing later, printing, or importing into a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel).

Other buttons at the top of the report view page allow you to return to the eCotton Gin Community page, return to your gin's main web page, run a new report, or logout.
