Using eCotton's Web Reporting service, you can provide your producers with 24-hour a day, 7-day a week access to their cotton production reports.

- Register with eCotton. Supply us with one photo of your gin. Include some information for your main web page, such as location and average production totals. Your gin's web page will be created within one business day after receiving this information.

- If you don't already have an AirMail account with eCotton, register for one and install the Windows STAMP software.

- Install the 10/2000 or later version of the eCotton WinBack utility (available on our website at www.eCotton.com on the Downloads page). Create a backup set with AutoSend parameters that AirMail the backup to _CTNHOST.

- From your gin's web page, register any producers that should be allowed access to their data. This can be updated at any time.

- Use our WinBack utility to create and automatically send a backup of your current crop year data to eCotton (via the _CTNHOST AirMail user defined above). You define the time of day when this is done, but note that your producer's may look for new data at certain times of the day (e.g. in the evening, after their workday is done).

- Go to the eCotton Gin Community web page (www.cottonhost.com) and click on the link for your gin OR go directly to your gin's web page (www.cottonhost.com/12345, where 12345 is the gin's 5-digit gin code)

- Click the [Login] button, and proceed to login and generate the report(s) they want. They have the option of downloading the report(s) and saving them on their local hard disk (for viewing later, printing, or importing into a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel).
